BUMP from Nov 07 because I noticed a hit on the post, then saw the original vid had been taken down. It annoys me so much when they do that; I understand it's the publishing house or music concern that puts the heat on YT, but sheesh....these vids don't have the highest quality sound and I know from personal experience that after stumbling across a song I liked on YouTube, went and bought the mp3 or the entire album.
I remember the summer this came out, and distinctly remembering a time riding in the car with my younger sister when it came on the radio.
I later bought the 45 but that same sister stole it from me, along with another record I bought that was out at the same time, "Ruby, Don't Take Your Love to Town".
I didn't have a lot of time, but noticed several other vids with Zager "guest-guitar".
How the words from this song are surely ringing true already ! Scary .....
