AWWWW I LOVE CHEESE CAKE!! I have a fast way get a yummy cheese cake fix ...i call it cheater cheese cake .. buy a ready made gram cracker crust, pack of cream cheese and a tub of cool whip... let that cheese soften a lil get yer mixer out and blend the two ... no spoon it into the shell making a lil dip in the center cuzz now ya get yer favorite pie filling (mines cherry or blueberry) and dump it on top ... we have eaten it right away but cuts better if ya chill it for a day ... yummy :)
