I prefer having a low profile. The first things that come to mind when I hear "center of attention" is a drunk at a party, dancing on a table with a lampshade on his head; a young, obnoxious girl laughing loudly, glancing around to make sure all eyes are on her and a dude in a hostage situation with a hundred and forty seven guns pointed at him.
I'll hang on the periphery, thanks all the same.
