To be honest, I was waiting on someone else to start rating. I too was afraid if I down-rated someone, I'd get a recording "We know your IP number, you infidel dog!
They'll chop your head off for drawing a Mohammad 'toon, so I reckon they'd get p.o.'d at anything less than a "five".
