  Apple Inc. Is Formed (1976)Apple Computer, Inc., was the first successful personal computer company. The company has its roots in the Jobs family's garage, where cofounders Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak assembled the first Apple computer. Consisting of a handmade motherboard, the Apple I did not even include a monitor or keyboard. The Apple II, introduced the next year with a plastic case and color graphics, launched Apple to success. Watched the whole thing. I couldn't believe they climbed with one tie off point.
My other thought is that you'd have to be in pretty darn good shape to make that climb.
I had a good friend who did that for a while; he worked f/ a company that did the electronics for radio towers and had to change out a single resistor at the top about once/year.
He said it didn't bother him, but that's the kind of person he was, never admitted to any "weakness". Me? I could do it, but I would prob. need new underwear after coming down off it.
