that is kinda funny. years ago Hubby had a pay by month cell so many minutes per month. We had to get a new debt card could never get a english speaking person to help. went to store couldn't get any help said hec with whole thing. Now We have one We put minutes on with card. no pay phones around for miles.
I got so frustrated when trying to deal w/ AT&T a few weeks ago it almost reduced me to tears. I finally had to tell one of the representatives that I just couldn't understand them. I was passed along to their supervisor who was only marginally better understood.
I sometimes think I'm the last person in the world to have a cell phone. There are probably beggars on Bombay streets that have one. I've checked into them, but can't find any that are reasonably priced. At the time, I couldn't do away w/ my phone and keep my DSL w/out going down a tier in speed and I didn't want that. Now, since I have U-Verse, I can do away w/ the phone but I still don't know what sort of cell plan I want. I would love it if I could find a phone that only charged when I use it, but most are anywhere from 35-50 bucks/month and those are the pre-paid ones. Doesn't seem fair.
Thanks f/ posting!

Last person to NOT have a cell phone, should have said. Sure wish there was an "edit" feature on replies.
