I saw all these monuments when I went to Washington DC. We saw them all during the day, but my favorite part of the trip was when we decided to go visit them again one night. It was even more thought provoking and poignant. You could almost sense the spirit of all the men and women represented. It's something I would recommend anyone do if they ever have the chance.
