That was neat. Used to make simple ones when I was bored at school.
I did too, Barb, after reading an article about one of the first "motion pictures", which was a series of photos on celluloid set into a circle w/ a light in the middle and when the circle was spun, it looked like the horse was running. I wasn't too artistic, so I usually just made geometric designs that rotated.
I had a friend who used to draw some pretty bad ones of a guy and girl. He'd have got into a lot of trouble if the teacher had found it. Another guy used to draw a picture every day on the top right hand corner of a spiral notebook - he was a pretty good artist and it looked cool when he'd flip through it.
