The church flourished but was forced to relocate frequently. It was violently expelled from Missouri, and a mob killed Smith in Illinois in 1844. mmmm, abusive rock star boyfriends and rattlesnakes. Tough call as to which to shoot at first.
Guess I missed that.
Or, more likely, he got lost amongst all the other azzwipe musicians who sing about peace and like to criticize and hate on America, but who have sordid personal lives.
