  Apple Inc. Is Formed (1976)Apple Computer, Inc., was the first successful personal computer company. The company has its roots in the Jobs family's garage, where cofounders Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak assembled the first Apple computer. Consisting of a handmade motherboard, the Apple I did not even include a monitor or keyboard. The Apple II, introduced the next year with a plastic case and color graphics, launched Apple to success. wow. that's a good sized bite they take out of that wienie!
Funny thing is I had just read an article which said the piranha's vicious reputation was undeserved. I forget the details, but they basically blamed their bad rap on something Teddy Roosevelt wrote in a diary after a visit to the Amazon, something about the natives leading an old cow into the river downstream from where the rest of the herd would cross.
The article stated that people have been bitten, but it was mainly due to curiosity and a case of mistaken identity, that the fish are really quite passive.
I'll have to go dig up the article, it should be in my reader from a week or so ago.
