One of the best scenes from the hit TV series Northern Exposure. The original intent was to "fling a cow" but this was better.

That's another show I never watched. Guess I've spent most of my television watching time on Days of Our Lives this past 45+ years. Not that I'm 45....just that's how many years I've been watching DOOL.
I didn't watch it until it was on A&E in the mornings several years ago, prob. ten/fifteen or more. I resisted it because a little bit I watched wasn't so good, then found out it was really a clever and quirky comedy after giving it a shot.
It jumped the shark in the next-to-last year, then the last season had maybe two/three shows worth watching...the only reason I would watch them now is because of Teri Polo, plus bumping into Janine Turner not far from where you used to live in Denton.
It also had a great soundtrack, which isn't on any of the DVD releases, a shame.
