The church flourished but was forced to relocate frequently. It was violently expelled from Missouri, and a mob killed Smith in Illinois in 1844. I just watched it on the television and computer screens. My eyesight is already not too good to begin with!
I didn't bother. It was like Haley's Comet, couldn't even see it. I do like to watch meteor showers, though.
