I know some folks who have about as many brain cells as a banana. And not as many as a fruit fly!
I used to eat bananas, but the store that is closest to me started a "+ 10%" policy, offering "discounted" items plus ten percent. Their bananas are .49 cents/lb., same as they were before but now they're a nickel more a lb. Other things are the same way and it's starting to piss me off.
Besides, I like green bananas b/c I don't eat but one a day at most and I really dislike ripe, mushy ones. On top of that, they're not that good for my blood sugar levels, but there's not much that is. Oh well.
Oh, and to top that off, once they start getting ripe, they bring in fruit flies...or some little type of flies. They're more annoying than regular flies because they're harder to swat and more of 'em.
