I can't read music either, but it's a tribute to a musician who once lived here. I will do some more on him later.
You are certain to have sang this particular tune back in grade school music class, I would be willing to wager on it.

I posted this over in another forum and it was guessed fairly quickly. I remember you and Sandy laughing the first time you said you guys saw it while up here during a holiday, how you hummed it out.
