![]() ![]() Founding of The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints (1830)Shortly after Joseph Smith published the Book of Mormon in 1830, he officially founded The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints—also known as the Mormon Church—in Fayette, New York. The church flourished but was forced to relocate frequently. It was violently expelled from Missouri, and a mob killed Smith in Illinois in 1844. I remember having that and "The Return of Snoopy and the Red Baron" on 45. I had a click around what other Youtube offerings there were from The Royal Guardsmen, which is always fun...a trippy trip down memory lane.

I remember standing up in music class with my friend Joe Bill and pantomiming this song.
I've been a little "long" on music vids and quizzes and have been slacking off on the posts and photos, sorry.
I always enjoy your music montage. Most every song brings back some memory. But lots of those songs stick in my head for a whole day...this is one of them!
