I have heard so many sweat lines, in casinos, but my alltime fav. is
"I'm sweatin' like a hamster in a gay bar" ....
Now that is SOME REAL worryin.
Good grief. Poor hamster. I used to be good friends w/ a gay guy from Kentucky and he absolutely hated gerbils. I never asked him why, was afraid he'd tell me! I watched "Amelia" the other night and Richard Gere was in it, and when I thought I'd go online to see what was said about the movie, I followed some links about Gere...and wish I hadn't. (some gerbil/hamster rumors)
I remembered one I use to hear all the time when I was a kid: "sweatin' like a (black guy) on Election Day". I never was too sure what that really meant; it was either in reference to voter intimidation OR maybe that the Democrats used to bus black people to the polls...several different polls, in fact.
I've heard some others:
"Wweatin' like the only hooker at a Shriners convention."
"Sweatin' like a fat kid in a cannibal camp.
"Sweatin' like a Cub Scout at Neverland."
I know I've heard more, but can't remember them right now. Prob. a good thing.
Thanks f/ posting!
Typos, sorry.
