  United Negro College Fund Established (1944)Founded in 1944 by Frederick D. Patterson and Mary McLeod Bethune, the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) provides college tuition for African-American students and scholarship funds for its approximately 40 member colleges. This video was like a bad accident. You want to turn your head, but somehow you just keep right on looking. I kept trying to make sure no one was seeing what I was watching....and I live alone!! And to make bad matters worse, I even watched some of the other videos! I'm so embarrassed!
