What's Your Ideal Home?

Your Ideal Home is a Farmhouse

You want your home to be an escape from everything - including civilization. You want to be away from it all.

You don't mind having to travel a bit more for things if it means you get to come home to a starry sky every night.

You would love to get back to nature. Growing and preparing your own food is right up your alley.

There's nothing more relaxing than imagining a quiet day with fresh air and plenty of critters to keep you company.

I am suited to a Condo :

You would love to live in a great neighborhood, especially one with cool neighbors.
A low maintenance condo (or co-op) building would be ideal for you - the more amenities the better!

You like the idea of living in the city, but you still want to have a feeling of community.
What could be more perfect than being close to work and fun but still being able to chill at your rooftop pool?

Rooftop pool ...sounds great to me ,I had better do some overtime at Wallyworld soon to fund the Condo mortgage :)

I'd sure want to live in a modernized farm house, Alison. I grew up out in the country and couldn't wait to get away, but after living in town since then I sure miss the peace and quiet. We had some neighbors just a quarter mile away, but they were an old couple and the other closest neighbors were at least a mile in the other directions. My dad used to say when we'd see a car on our dead-end road that they were either coming to see us or didn't have any business being out there.

Had its good points, but also some disadvantages; being quite a ways from town meant you couldn't just hope in the car to go get a soda pop - we'd buy groceries once/week but sometimes it was hard to stretch until the next trip to town.

Like my results said, I'd really like to have a garden, some chickens and all that. I could have a garden and a few chickens here, but since I don't have a back fence, the neighborhood thugs would kill the birds and tear up the garden.

You don't want to live out in the country, but you wouldn't mind a little space to stretch out.
You'd love a small lawn and little house for all your stuff. A row house near the city is the perfect compromise for you.

You can appreciate the convenience of being able to zip in and out of the city while still having some quiet at home.
You don't need to be in the middle of it all anymore. Being close to it all is good enough for you.

God chose your birthday for a reason. Rowhouse. I miss the peace and quiet of country living also.
