A 'bump" for Saint Patrick's Day; I started to post some other Irish-associated video, such as Riverdance or the Irish Rovers, but I love Enya's music and why waste a perfectly good - even if old - post. Yet again, I had to change the embed code that I had changed 5/8/12...hope this one stays up for a while.

This woman's voice has always been mesmerizing to me from the first time I heard her. This song is especially one of the most tranquil and yet uplifting ones I can think of.

I feel the same way,and as I appended to the post, I think it's one of the prettiest songs I've ever heard.
Just went to see the lyrics - wondered what she was singing during the interludes between verses, but I guess she was just "humming".
Such a lovely song, I agree with G, I love her voice.
You know how Google or Bing auto-completes search terms? I haven't checked it in a while, but I typed in "Is Enya..." and wanted to ask "married" but there were a BUNCH of hits for "Is Enya a lesbian?"
Good grief.
