That "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zepplin didn't make the charts until 2007, when it was made available as a digital download? It was part of the album known as IV4. It never made the charts because it was never released as a single.

Ahhh...brings me back to Prom night, that was the "theme" in 1976 and a nice loooooooooong song to waltz to!
I'll have to admit it's never been one of my favorite tunes, not even my fav. Zepplin song.
My friend Julie didn't like to hear it; they played it at her late husband's funeral.
The song I remember dancing to the most was "Crimson and Clover", nice and slow - but that was in basement parties back in jr. hi. We didn't have "proms" at my school - always figured it was because of the strict Baptists there - but instead we had "sports banquets" and Father/Son FFA meals.
I do remember one sock hop in the gym, but I don't remember dancing; we played music, but it was boys vs. girls basketball.
