In St Petersburg they have a Central Ave. then 1st ave N and 1st ave S
The town I grew up in had a bunch of tree names for streets. Elm, Maple, Beech, Pine. Smallish town, no streets using numbers in the name.
There's a sub-division of this town with streets named after trees, most of which aren't indigenous to this area nor will some successfully grow here.
Many of the streets are named after the first settlers and founders of the town.
