Thank You Mike, that was one very romantic song , suits G and I very much we have been saying I Do every day since we met each other , I like country music , although I havent heard much of Clint and Lisa Black but they sound and look great together, wonder if she will lend me that dress for my big day , and I can just see G in that hat too ,

I believe she kept her maiden name and goes by "Lisa Hartman Black" but that was too long to put in the title, so...

She was a tv actress, and I can't recall what things she was in, sorry. Shoulda googled that before I started this post. She's very pretty, don't you think?

I'm not a huge country fan, I pick and choose from a relatively small playlist as to what I listen.

If I had to listen to it all the time I'd turn into an alcoholic.

For some reason, C&W music makes me want to drink beer.

But, that said, I really like Clint Black. He comes across as genuine and gracious in his interviews and I think he's probably that way in real life.

I really like his singing, he's got more than a little bit of Merle Haggard in his style and I would wager he (Clint Black) wouldn't mind that comparison one bit.

He also does a bit of yodeling now and then and it's melodic and pleasing, not Swiss Alps + Castrating Pigs sound that *some* C&W artists have.

I would recommend, if YouTube has it (think it does, shoulda looked that up too before I posted this) one of my favs. "Put Yourself in My Shoes". I like most of his other songs, but that's just about my favorite, along with "Better Man".

Thank Mike, Its a great song and a great video! Alison is right, saying Ido is a daily thing with us, I would marry her every day of the year. I love this line the most...When i said "I do", I meant that "I will, till the end of all time".

You know I was 100% sure I had commented to this yesterday and then Alison wrote in the morning mail she was surprised I hadnt wrote anything yet. Well i came to see and she's right I didnt, well not to this one anyway, as it turns out I put the comment to the Alice Cooper-Clint Black one! DOH! well after reading your mail I came looking for this vid, and typed in 'Clint black" there in the search box and of course it brought this up, as well as the alice clint one right below it. Anyway I must have ended up clicking the 'comment' link on the other one instead :( What is bad is I even thought how the two posts could be mistaken as one and thought I was being careful to hit the right one! LOL Either old age creeping in or just this job wearing me out where I'm too tired to see or think straight.
Anyway we do appreciate the dedication my friend, thanks for all you do!
